I’ve known Sedrik Newbern personally and professionally for nearly a decade now and it is very difficult to put into words what he contributes to society. He brings so much to the table, constantly motivating others, pushing people to do their best while also ensuring that he’s not becoming stagnant. Sedrik is a true change agent with the ‘King Midas’ touch. He’s a genuine family man, devoted husband, loving father, friend, mentor, basketball coach, DJ, a true jack of all trades. His passion has always been helping youth, especially those from less than fortunate backgrounds, and he believes that those circumstances weren’t created by one or two things; so that in turns causes him to use multiple methods to attack those issues causing disadvantages. Working relentlessly in nonprofit organizations, partnering with them; then starting his own, he has constantly walked the walked in terms of making this world a better place. I’m honored… NO… BLESSED, to be able to call him my friend.
